Do not be in a hurry to criticize these resurrections. Dai series always explains them in a great way, and even adds more depth to characters. There are some certain reasons to bring back Avan, Hym and Larhart 🔥

Kidding, Larhart is basically to Baran what Hym is to Hadlard : The inheritor of his will. 2 fantastic previous lackeys who became great characters on their own. Looking forward to see him in action, next week. Larhart, like Hadlar and Lon Beruk is a darkling, and one of the most powerful as well. I’d say he’s almost on the same level than Lon, less powerful but faster.

I was not expecting this episode to start off with a Scouter 😂! And King Maximum has the same voice as One Piece’s Kaido, Dragonball’s Bojack and Yu Yu Hakusho’s Toguro! Hynckel really wants to be the best character in this show with all his ultra instinct movements lately. I gotta say I loved Maximum trying to stomp on Hynckel with his silver Dio boots. Lahart’s return was a much welcomed surprise! I can’t wait for next week! Avan looks like he’ll give Mystervn that work! Don’t forget to check out Ya Boy Kongming! This week’s episode was a BANGER! Would love some reactions of that show!

I do like that Maximum is weak, because OF COURSE.
In Chess, the King is the weakest and while he can move anywhere, he can only do so at 1 space at a time.
So it’s better to see it more like the King controls all the pieces and that’s his main power.

So he could be Acting unserious when he used it against Hyunckel when they fight at the firs time in the beginning of the series ..
Even the mark of his sunder claw in the ground crack was even deeper than his first technique against Hyunckel .

You don’t remember Larhalt ‘s speed because the adaptation of his fight vs Hyunckel was poor. in the manga, indeed Larhalt does great speed movement and he’s really powerfull. Hyunckel only beats him by trick (Grand cross with his pendant)

larhart dominated and rarely did hyunkel take so much afterwards. hyunkel was always stronger with the sword than with the spear larhart should not be underestimated it is his fighting spirit that he improved afterwards. the series continually says that he is better with the sword than the spear.

12:24 Actually I agree with you on this one. Let’s remember King wasn’t given his life by Hadlar but Vearn himself (you can see Vearn physical characteristics on King’s crown and shoulder armor). He have already shown his Forbidden Magic was superior to Hadlars by lending his place as the King to his piece and create controlled foes to obey this specific piece, which Matoriv said wasn’t possible.
But for some reason, he opted to not give special selfdefense characteristics to his King as Hadlar did with his army, and just do a copycat of the game one. Why? He may be wary to create some strong foe who could give him problems later? Who Knows…
Now, do you guys remember what Matoriv said about Forbidden Magic? Binding some characteristics from the creator to the created living object? Maximan displayed behaviors and mannerisms which may be Vearn faults themselves. Like the obsession to rigid rules for example, which f**k*d his creation performance. Probably he may have consider this piece an experimental failure himself.
