This episode had many developments with Ayano and Connie. With Ayano’s happy personality is shown in the first half, we get an inside flash back on Connie. It seems that Connie’s personality just got a completely U-turn since we saw her b@#$h mode in episode 5.
As the first half progresses, we learn that Connie met Ayano’s Mom during a Badminton camp at a young age. Connie and Uchicka developed a mother-daughter relationship and lived together so some years. In that scene it made me feel very upset that Uchicka is bonding and living with Connie more than her own flesh and blood. But Connie’s point of view or rather her desire is that she wants Ayano and Uchicka to be a whole family, justifying that it will be the three of them. Connie’s personality from episode 5, it seems that she lacks of communication when she is not playing Badminton and doesn’t choose her words wisely. Her words shattered Ayano’s mind even more which we see Ayano going full Yandere/Psycho when she plays. For Ayano’s happy personality, it seems joyful and playful without any worries and that makes it ok. However, her other personality is not pleasant but very destructive and aggressive without any mercy.
Seeing Ayano mopped the floor on Connie was satisfied but when she coldly states that she will be abandoning her mom which devastated Connie’s dream of them becoming a family.
I am satisfied with Connie’s back story and Connie losing to Ayano but was frustrated that Ayano’s Mom is literally back home for some years. Ayano’s Mom just comeback home and expect things to go back to normal or nothing ever happened. Her disappearance on Ayano was no exception and her road to redemption with her own daughter that is her flesh and blood is irredeemable. Uchicka acts high and mighty that I want to make her see what the consequence that had inflicted to Ayano. Worst of all she decimated Ayano’s life for having a normal relationship between a real mother-daughter where Ayano can grow up to become a better person. But that was destroyed by Uchicka’s idiotic action. Her way of abandoning by Ayano and living and caring for Connie was disgusting and makes me more furious that Ayano’s mental health is still unstable.
Connie’s words to Ayano in episode 5 had broken Ayano’s hope and future to be with her mother again. Connie’s poor choices of words had created a monster and devastation that molded Ayano. While Ayano’s Mom has no real concept what she did and just let her pride poison her own mind action. Ayano’s Mom and Connie’s action speaks louder than word, which can break a person’s both heart and mind forever.

Aquí la única culpable es la mamá, primero abandona a Ayano por Connie luego de estar un tiempo con Connie también la abandona a ella, solo faltaría que haya una tercera hermana xd. Connie estaba herida por eso busca y reta a Ayano lo que despierta su modo yandere más cuando le cuenta sobre su "mamá", ambas se sienten solas, parece que el único consuelo son sus equipos. Esas "hermanas" deben unirse y derrotar al boss final que es la mamá, algo así como kill la kill pero con Badminton.
