It describes the sort of character in a manga or anime who is not merely handsome, but delicately handsome in an almost feminine way. CLAMP populates their comics with bishis, for instance.

@198952572 Eiji’s fangirls wouldn’t like to see him disfigured; that’s most likely why he’s got two eyes.
He’s not an adult as such– even though he’s 350 years old; he’s the equivalent of a teenager.
As for the bishi thing? Eh, roll with it.

not anything like the anime show I remembered as a kid. He looks superficially pretty. I wish they did something more "norm" with the character. I have a feeling this is a film dedicated to all females who love womenly men. I like the eyeball though lol.
