What L said is true about sitting like that, it centers you and evenly distributes all the cells in your body faster and also aids digestion properly too. If you ever have racing thoughts or anxiety sit like that and I promise you in a matter of minutes it’ll go away. People in third world countries aswell as animals naturally sit like this subconsciously because thats how were supposed to sit. Back problems stem from chair sitting and Its gets pretty deep but in short society has you sitting in some shape or form everyday all day for a reason.
