the villain staying alive is what makes any hero show hard, cause once a hero kills the next time killing will seem like the best thing to do. Eventually the hero will stop using diplomacy to solve problems, and only resort to kill to solve the problem. But by doing that only hatred and revenge will what both side are fueled by, and being a hero is not about the easy path but taking the hard path in which they get rid of hate.

About Aizawa and co. "dont helping". They are in a complete other state in Japan atm. remember how deku, kirishima, shoto, Momo and Iida are traveled with the Train to that Hideout? they probably would eet multiple Hours to arrive. so yeah, hey cant help out.

It seems like only seven living people know about the true nature of One For All, but there are other heroes who knew about All Might’s injuries, such as all of UA’s staff and Gran Torino. Other heroes already knew it too, but I’m unaware of who those are.
The camera might of been watching everything, but they are too far away to pick up any sound beyond those explosions. Everyone else had cleared from the immediate battle field, so aside from Gran Torino, who already knew, I don’t think anyone else could hear All For One. Still there is the issue of All For One knowing Midoriya was given One For All and who he might of told before coming here. Although I’m unaware of anyone and he might have only guessed based on knowing how the quirk works and little clues he picked up on.
