nah this episode is one of the reasons I don’t like death note – everything just goes Light’s way even if it isn’t that believable and the end of the episode became so obvious

I was hooked on Death Note since the beginning but this episode really showed how sick and twisted Light truly is, and that’s why I love his character. I definitely fell more in love with the show after this episode.

Unfun fact: The writer and illustrator loved Naomi Misora as a character a lot and wanted her to stick around much much longer in the series, but the author wrote her into a corner by making her figure out that Kira can kill by other ways than a heart attack so she had to go.

I love this about the show and writing – even thought we’re basically only on two locations, the dialogue is so interesting it doesn’t make it boring

Great reaction sir! Please know that an awesome reaction doesn’t mean you have to blab through the entire episode! I really find that way of reacting annoying sometimes because you could miss vital details.
In a series such as this where the dialogue is so important, having your thoughts (reactions) before and mainly right after the episode will work well. Great reaction! I usually don’t care about who dies but I have to admit that I felt a little bad for her because she was pretty smart too(smarter than her husband/fiance). Light is clearly a villain, the power made him go crazy, love him tho.
