Only six Death Notes may exist in the human world at a time. If more than six Death Notes are in the human world the extras will lay dormant until one of the previous six is either destroyed or carried back to the Shinigami realm, then the seventh will become active. A Shinigami may not directly hand more than three Death Notes to the same human and may not hand Death Notes to more than three humans. But there is no rule limiting the number of Death Notes one human may pick up from the ground or steal from other human Death Note users, so one human could come to own all Death Notes existing in the human world.

You’ll like Death Parade though I advise bring tissues (for those eye pesky allergies).
Although L is a fan favourite, episode 15 always disturbed me because it shows his more ruthless side using "any means necessary" (torture) when pursuing justice.

The amount of triggered fucks in the comments section hissing & moaning about them forgetting one little detail is insane. It’s OK to inform them of their slip-up but you don’t have to be a dick about it. They watch it weekly, it’s been 14 weeks since the first episode & they presumably have a life & work outside of watching anime 24/7. First time round I forgot that too.

Hey "Jane & JV".
I don’ think this has been a problem as far as I have noticed. But I want to say first of all that I appreciate your opinions guys. Your reactions are really great, and regardless of what your thoughts are, I really admire your honest feelings towards the show. The reason I bring this up is because a young youtuber online recently had felt bullied by many people in her comments section, regarding her reaction to "Death Note". And while I know that for the most part that probably isn’t the case here, I simply want to say as a fan of your channel, I respect what you guys do and the work that you put in to doing these videos.
idk, just felt like I had to say that. Sometimes youtubers get treated poorly or underappreciated and I just wanted to bring some awareness to that reality.
Anyway, big fan obviously and hope you continue to do well and do what you love 🙂

Just a heads up. You have to remember when Light goes over the Rules of the Death Note. If you are curious about those rules check out this site deathnote.wikia(.)com/wiki/Rules_of_the_Death_Note
They really thought this show out so it could fit the rules of the book. This way users don’t think certain scenarios are just convenient, but actually cleverly thought out. Light can easily be a Lawyer or politician with his level of genius. I wouldn’t be able to even pull a tenth of what he’s done after trying to learn the rules of the book. Also love your channel.

They mentioned the loss of memory associated with the loss of ownership of the death note before. Not only that, but shinigami aren’t required to let humans know all the rules if he death note, and they themselves only know so much about it themselves. During the intermission title sequences, there’s refreshers on some of the rules written in the death note along with rules that have been acknowledged.

Just a reminder: a lot of the Death Note rules are clarified in the episode’s halfway transition screens.
To a certain extent, I do feel a bit of sympathy for Misa this episode. Seeing how much she is willing to sacrifice to get Light’s attention/love (I’m referring to her tear, specifically). Obviously she is a murderer, and shows obsessive behaviour throughout the episodes, but in the end, it’s nothing compared to what Light does on a regular (likes "killing evil", his god-complex, manipulating others, and so on). The disgust (and I gotta admit, the admiration) I feel when Light commits his usual, intellectual deeds to clean up the world, is much greater. Anyway, that’s just me personally.
