you are not big Near fans,because animation change his plot。he is much more fun in the manga.I am LMN fan，those three are very interesting characters,the relationship between them are very funny too.M is jealous of N，because N is better than himself.N never say something，but he actually like M，that why he begin eat candybar after M die. Also，I said this before ，L never meet the successor before he chosen them，he chosen them because they are only children that dont ask him question in a video meeting and look like badass,just that simple.

Parasyte the maxim is a great replacement for deathnote since they are both very dark and morally gray. It’s also on the shorter side around 20+plus episodes which is what you guys are looking for, either way I hope you chose a worthy replacement for deathnote reactions lol

Well Near didn’t change the whole death note because Mikami would’ve known that it has been switched. Near only changed the page that Mikami would’ve used today so that the previous pages would work and only the page scheduled for today would not work. It would go against Near’s plan had he changed the whole notebook that Mikami was using. (Keep in mind near didn’t know that Mikami was using a fake notebook)
