To specify Eren’s concerns about Historia, he realized that touching a *titan* with royal blood activates the coordinate. He has held hands with Historia before (literal quote by Jean in Part 1 post-Rod battle) and only occasionally receives memories, but not actual control. He worries that the military govt are going to consider Titanizing her as an option to use the Big Red Button in case of war. They have no shifters for her to eat (aside Eren and Armin, and we know her eating Eren is a big no-no) so she would be stuck as a mindless titan, and even if she did eat a shifter, she would get stuck with the 13 year old curse. Basically upon learning about the Curse, Eren is pretty wary about anyone ever having to go through that.
Do keep all that in mind because that info fact alone is the potential catalyst for some REAL SHIT
