if you remember last episode when all might explain the rule of the game. they (the hero) had 2 way of winning, they either wrap their opponent with a capture tape to mark them as captured, or stop the fake nuke in time. we see in this chapter that izuku wrapped bakugou’s leg with a tape in battle, so he’s technically count as captured. is this going to end up as okacho outsmarting iida and capture him with a tape too, like right as bakugou is about to waste izuku.

Haven’t read this chapter yet, but I have started reading this manga bc of your recommendations and I really like it, but it hasn’t really grabbed me like some other series did.
The mc is not really that interesting, except for his ideals (which are pretty cliché tbh)

If you like smart male characters I would fully recommend Mx0 I know it was cancelled but the humor and the smarts by the MC made it worthwhile albeit the end was rushed coz it was cancelled.

Horikoshi Kouhei is the mangaka. He created two other series in the past. The first is Crazy Zoo.. that was canceled after 5 volumes. The second one was Sensei no Bulge, which had even less success.. being canceled after 2 volumes. It’s goo that finally his work is payed off.

I am really loving it. One of my favorite things in any type of entertainment is when they go in depth with the way characters work and their backstories. The only other manga that is still kinda recent that did this kinda well is TerraFormars with the explanation of every persons base animal.

Im really disappointed in some of you not seeing through baku he wont be a villain he will be a hero because that’s his dream he is vegeta he is to prideful to quit even though izuku(goku) is stronger and better than him he will probably even die sometime later saving izuku and showing izuku he had what it takes to be a hero probably saying now we’re even deku

I got the feeling that Bakugou its gonna be another Sasuke Uchiha, i can see it in the future, full-power, doesn’t give a sh*t about his only and truly friend and i heate him deeply. Hope Izuku beat the sh*t out of he or even more, that he lose his powers and feel what its been in the bottom of useless and what he make go through Izuku his whole life. And Izuku, nothing to say that haven’t been said. Awesome

Kacchan’s backstory makes it seem like he’s a hopeless case ^^; He just fundamentally thinks he’s better than everyone. And gets insane whenever there’s a chance someone may give him a challenge. He’d make an amazing villain but I don’t know. I still see him getting character development and becoming a good guy. Either way would be fine for me as long as it’s well executed.
Dat art though! Really great stuff and Midoriya is such an awesome MC so far. He strategizes like a BOSS!

I hope that if bakugou becomes a villain, it won’t be like sasuke leaving for power. It would be cool that a he actually get expelled from the school because he acts like a villain.
