Is it bad that I want the regular shonen "Oh I’ll beat the villain and instill good in Kouta", but I want Kouta to die right after he realizes how hard Deku is fighting? I want Deku to be WRECKED! But I love him, so hopefully he want be too messed up.

I love the whole lizardman thing Spinner has going, but he looks like a total wannabe who’s just copying the aesthetic of Stain without actually sharing his convictions. Which I think works story-wise, because that sort of influence that Stain has had over this new crop of villains is something that was set up so well.
As for Deku, he MIGHT be able to win without it being considered cheap if he surprises the guy with a limb-breakingly powerful attack. Given the terrain, I’d accept either Deku or Kouta finding a way to knock him off the mountain. I wouldn’t expect that alone to KO a guy who’s that physically powerful, but it might buy them time to get away.

The mangaka has been very good at being consistent with Deku struggle with his power, so he not going to just have a easy fight now. I thing I almost missed in this chapter is the fact that this attack is to take revenge against the young heroes to took down Stain. But think about that for a moment, after the stain arc the police covered up the fact that young heroes took down Stain and just told the public that pro heroes did it. So how do the villains know the truth then? Not to mention how they found the training camp to begin with. The only things that comes to mind is either there is a spy/traitor in the hero association or their is a villain that can somehow detect the heroes, like maybe a cerebro from X-men but the former seems more logical at this point. WHAT DO ALL OF YOU THINK?

What if Izuku loses and as he is about to be killed, Kouta understands why the heroes fight against villains, recognizes how Izuku was putting his life on the line for him even if he couldn’t win and didn’t even know him well, and then Kouta releases his powers, getting the villain by surprise and saving Izuku? Then maybe the both of them could fight together against the villain.

@chibi to answer question dabi’s quirk (as I have seen it) is a mix between Todoroki and Bakugo an explosion of fire that would instantly burn something or someone to ashes though there appears to be a blow back when he uses it

I think that Deku is going to get his ask kicked, and that the boy may get killed or kidnapped, and that the next couple of chapters after this ark is done, are going to be centered on Deku and his emotional drain.

I think Izuku might tell Kouta to use his power to Signal where he is. As a result People might see it and come to that point(Testutetsu and Kendou) and help him out. The plan might be to guard Kouta so he shoots water in the air.

hey chibi, wanted to wait to watch the entire video to see if you said anything about, but I just wanted to point out that in your videos about the previous chapters you adressed the possibility of a death. in this week’s chapter I noticed something strange, I’m not sure if it was put there purposefully, but there is a panel where there appears to be a halo above ingenium’s head. wonder if that means anything.

Hasn’t anyone noticed that Izuku doesn’t need to fight him? He can just run with Kouta. I mean, it’s not like he didn’t practice a run or fight scenario with All Might a couple chapters back. I would hope that either he does the smart thing and try running with Kouta, or take pot shots at this guy. Or better yet, do both. Run while taking pot shots. That’s not a bad way to go about fighting considering the situation.

Finally a new chapter, after that cliff anger, the anxiety was eating me alive xD
Some of the muscle fibers of the left arm end up being lacerated after hiting the
ground, so Izuku’s battle could be more about who as the better quirk control and endurance.

its been a long time since BnHA came out. I got a few things to say about your review chibi.
– Deku is smart. Just because a villain killed two pro heroes of which we dont even know if those two heroes were specialized in combat or how he did it doesn’t mean deku cannot stand a chance. We dont know how he killed the waterhoses to begin with. Did he do a surprise attack? did he hold hostages? did he fight dirty? how strong were they? No one in this series aside from noumu so far has the durability to withstand a 100% OFA attack. If deku can get one in at the cost of his arm, then that is all he needs. There is more variables to a battle than just past feats assuming the gap is not like heaven and earth. People should understand that from hunterxhunter.
– We need to appreciate that Spinner is a character made to be a complete stain fanboy. His attire is exactly him. Even his sword is made of numerous blades that calls back to stains full usage of knives. It is entirely obvious and is no surprise.
– Kouta will not die as many would want or think. No shounen has ever killed a kid on screen and I will be thoroughly surprised if he does die. A hero dying on screen will change the tone of the series going forth and I am not sure if BnHA is ready for that yet.
– Dabi is just sick. His quirk is interesting in that I am not sure what kind of "fire" it is. Horikoshi does not draw fire like that for either endeavor or todoroki.
– The only time eraserhead got abused was the fight with shigaraki and noumu. There was really no other time so far. The fight with todoroki and momo was education purposes in which he held back and was handicapped. So that did not matter.
– Remember the things todoroki said to deku about kouta. Words alone are not enough and will only annoy him. Words should always be accompanied by deeds. Through action can your words have weight is what he is saying. Right now, this situation is exactly whats going on with deku and kouta. Hopefully we can get a little bit of twist and turn here but dont count of something like kouta dying.
I think there has been a recent development in which people are expecting copious amounts of seinen content in a shounen. These are very different demographics and the content is tailored as such. There will probably be key deaths in this series but dont start expecting akame ga kill or berserk stuff.

Damn it’s been a long time since we got a new chapter, so glad it came back. If Izuku wins this fight, it will be cliche but it depends on how the mangaka executes it. or maybe the mangaka will surprise us with something unusual in shounen and that would be plausible, if he does that. idk we will see but the villain Deku is fighting is pretty freaking strong so i hope it doesn’t go the way i’m thinking.

All Might 50 times weaker can wreck strongest Nomu. Do you even imagine how powerful is current One for All? It is mountain destroying quirk. It can even change weather. Deku using only 5% can jump tens of meters up. All Might using 20% would kill almost everything. You can not compare OFA to other quirks because it is impossible. It is GOD like power. And Dekus 20% would be stronger than in case of All Might. 20% is enough to annihilate everything except All for One. I dont think All Might has ever used more than 20% in normal fights.

at first I was annoyed that Eraserhead keeps getting abused but then I thought about it and its actually quite genius because most villains/characters would lose if they fought him head on, so they kinda need to get the jump on him. Still sucks he is getting beaten around like a ragdoll, but mad attention to detail.
