   I’m sure You’ll be mind blown with the next alicization part on October, because it is about the war of underworld and everything about SAO, ALO, GGO, Ordinal Scale, all of those things will be connected together, why and how this route happens and everything will be explained. Imo this 2 cours just an intro, the real shitzz will happen soon in WoU.

   Actually I become sao fan because of reading the novel which are adapted to the next war of underworld. I hope everyone will enjoy it too~

   Do they actually explaine the power of incarnation on the anime? Like Kirito understanding how it works. I don’t remember…
   Also, it’s so sad they left Kirito becoming his Aincrad self(aka The Black Swordsman) all out of context. There’s A LOT of character development happening there, it’s not fanservice or a nod to old SAO days.
   The adaptation was incredible, up until that point ??‍♂️

    I think the book was better. The fights and reasoning behind Kirito’s actions were way better. Also, when Eugeo says stay cool right at the end, it killed me inside, but during the show, I think it didn’t hit as much.

    The company give a very hard job to the animation team because on one hand they have to cover Quinella’s private part for keeping the rating down for suitable to more audiences and one the other hand they have to make her naked while fighting intensively, that really give the animation team headache.

    The yellow eyes are a personal touch by A-1 pictures, they were never mentioned in the LN.
    Basically, it’s any time that Kirito goes all out.

    Ep-1. Hmm interesting
    Ep-2-5. Is sandwhich-kun no longer being made by asuna-kun
    Ep-10. Mehh i’m kind of getting bored now
    Ep-18. No longer interested but still watches it
    Ep-20. Its going, back the interest is
    Ep-21-24. I hurt my self due to confusion, i am have now fain- died

    Loved watching your reactions to this season! Can’t wait till part 2! Oh and to answer your Alice question, it was already established that Alice was the first that Rath detected that broke the taboo index knowingly. Remember, Rath wants an AI that is capable of killing (so can break moral standards).

    Yes, in the light novel the narration cuts to the light cube where Eugeo and Alice’s old memories are deleted when Eugeo’s HP hits zero. It is very clear there is no backups and no way to restore them. Sword Art Online is a death game again like it was in Aincrad. The stakes are high and death is perminant. Eugeo and Charlotte the spider were POV characters in the novels. First deaths of POV characters in the series. And Kirito is, well, you find out how bad it is to have a power surge sent through your Fluctlight in October when Sword Art Online returns with Underworld War. As a taste, the new big bad can use the incarnation system, how Kirito became the black swordsman, to consume Fluctlights. We’re only half way, and its going to get way darker.

    Hmmm to answer your questions:

    1. Why are his eyes YELLOW
    — That happens everytime when he is using the incarnation. It’s a manifestation of his strong will to defy the system. Kirito against Kayaba, Kirito in ALO against the guardians of the world tree, Kirito against Death Gun, Kirito against the SAO monsters in Ordinal Scale. Yellow eyes= God Mode. LOL.

    2. Asuna
    — Kirito heard Asuna’s voice calling him from the other side. Kirito clinged on to that voice saying it sounded so dear to him, he wanted to cry and go mad. He misses Asuna very much that his fluctlight/soul gets damaged by the STL he still clings on to that voice but soon his train of thoughts stopped and he just asks "Whose voice was that I wonder?"

    He then just blacks out.

    3. Why Alice is important
    — It was already mentioned how Alice defied the taboo index by touching the dark territory WITHOUT THE SEAL OF THE RIGHT EYE ACTIVATING. She became very important because of that, she’s the only resident of Underworld who did that.

    Now, why is it important? RATH needed an AI who is capable of defying his or her own moral standards (in their case their SUPPOSED moral standard is the taboo index) because basically, they are doing this to make soldiers. They need an AI capable of killing.

    How did Alice even do that? Why didn’t the seal stop her?
    — The seal of the right eye only activates when you THINK OF DEFYING THE CHURCH or IF YOU ARE AWARE YOU ARE DEFYING IT.

    In young Alice’s case, she did not care or even think of those. All she thought that time is that the dark knight needed her help or that knight is in pain and she wanted to help him so she walked without care. She didn’t think she was defying anything. She just wanted to help.

    She is the true AI they are looking for.
