The founding titan is the coordinate, was belonged to the First king , he took it inside the walls, passed down from generation to generation until Uri, then Frieda. Grisha ate Frieda, took the Founding titan, then Eren ate Grisha….. So now Eren has 2 titan powers, Grisha titan and the founding titan / coordinate. Rewatch part 1 both of you, before getting to next episode

The warriors are all Eldians, the Marleyans use them as vessel for the 7 primordial titans in their possesion because only the eldians are able to turn into titan. it is a unique human race.

Geisha eats the owl , he becomes the Attack Titan , he then goes to the Reiss Family fights Frieda then eats now he has both the , Attack Titan ( Eren Titan) and the Founding Titan ( Freida) , then he injects Eren, gets eaten by Eren and now Eren has both the Founding and Attack Titan

– There are two nations of humans, the Eldians and the Marleyans (as far as we know)
– The Marleyans have their history like this: "1820 years ago, a girl named Ymir Fritz made a contract with the devil of all earth to obtain the Titan’s power, in other words, she became The Founding Titan (which I don’t know why she did that, still mysterious.) PLUS, this is not the Ymir we know, our Ymir was just named after Ymir Fritz, the mother of the Titans.
– Ymir and upon her death, she split her power to 9 people, and they gained the power while becoming a Titan shifters, so they aren’t a normal Titans, they got Ymir’s absolute power after all.
– Since Ymir split her power to them, she definitely gave one of them the absolute power "The Founding Titan" power.
– The 9 of Titan shifters wanted to increase their race, so they let the women bear children so they will have their blood… Ymir Fritz’s blood. The Eldians blood.
– The Eldians ruled over the world, they started to oppress other normal humans who aren’t and they looked at them as an inferior race, they lead a dark ages on the earth, and messed with everything, they killed, raped, stole…etc they were unstoppable. and this shit kept going on for 1,700 years!!!
– At some point the Marleyans managed to get 7 of the 9 Titans on their side, and they controled them. Maybe there were a conflict between those 9 shifters as always happens between people with absolute powers. So the Marleyans took the advantage. But we still don’t know for sure how the Marleyans got the 7 Titans.
-The 9 Titans have a huge powers that have been passed on from time to time and currently they are: The Armored Titan, The Colossal Titan, The Female Titan, Ymir’s Titan (she ate Marcel who was a warrior), The Cart Titan, The Beast Titan, The Founding Titan, Eren’s Titan *I can’t say the name because I was spoiled so I don’t want to spoil it for you*… and there’s only one left… the 9th that we still don’t know about).
– Eren has two Titans, his original one from Kruger and The Founding Titan that Grisha stole from The Reiss family.
– There was a war called "The Great Titan War" 80 years ago from the time when Grisha was young.
– The King of the Eldians who has The Founding Titan power escaped from this war and conflict and fled with many of his people to a remote island that he called it "Paradis Island" and there he built the enormous walls by controlling the Titans.
– Some of the Eldians who weren’t able to go with the King were left behind, on the continent.
– The conflict reversed and The Marleyans became the oppressor and oppressed The Eldians that were left, they put them in ghettos and made them wear armbands, they were treated badly for the shit their ancestors did in the past. But they didn’t kill them, you want to know why? The answer is below
– The Eldians are the only humans who can turn into a Titans due to their ancestor blood, they have Ymir Fritz’s blood, so it’s easy to pull the trigger and the serum works with their powerful blood.
– The Marleyans made a smart move to their advantage, and basically told The Eldians in those ghettos that we want your children to become Marleyans warriors and if you accepted that, we will give you the honorary Marley’s citizenship, I don’t remember what exactly the word was but in other words they will have privilege. ( I believe that Reiner, Berthold, Annie and Ymir all are Eldians since they’re a Titan shifters, Reiner and Berthold were a children soldiers who were chosen by The Marley government, they were brainwashed to hate their own people, The Eldians.)
– They want the children for two reasons: 1- it’s easy to control them and brainwash them, 2- they will have a longer life ahead of them.
– And here’s Grisha’s fault, he tried to brainwash Zeke by forcing his beliefs on him at such a very young age and that was awful!! he did the same thing his dad tried to do on him, even Grisha knew he was wrong, he admitted that what he did was terrible.
What Zeke did is completely understandable, you’re talking about a kid who lived in environment that everybody had the same exact beliefs, he was raised mostly by his grandparents.. so he pictured his parents as crazy couple who tried to feed him some bullshit, that crazy if you think about it.
– Here we go to what Grisha thought about his Eldians history, he said: "Look this is the truth, our founder Ymir awakened the power of the Titans, cultivated the wilds, built roads, bridge the mountains, she helped the people prosper and develop the entire continent" and the others said "the history we taught was a convenient deception from Marley"
So oh there was a good thing about Ymir Fritz, but seriously she really did all that? Why would she if she made a contract with the devil? Like she never did horrible things nor her people the Eldians? that seems so unbelievable.
– And when Grice asked him how did he read the old language, Grisha said "No, I have only barely deciphered it" Grice then asked the important question "then how did you conclude that it’s all true?"
Grisha answered him "isn’t it obvious on our faces!"…
"I believe in our ancestor Ymir, We are the chosen children of God, we are the subjects of Ymir!"
He’s himself doesn’t know the truth, he just based it on what he believes!!
Conclusion is: Not The Marley’s history is 100% correct nor The Eldians’s history is 100% correct, both of each side goes hard on the propaganda and what they want to believe! even the numbers of the years they gave seem a bit off…
The crazy thing is that the people inside the walls, the characters we have been growing with, our main characters are The Eldians!! They’re the origin of the Titans guyssss! And those Titans who had been attacking them are all Eldians too, and they were eating their own people, their own race!! isn’t this shit is fucking insane???
So the enemy after all these years and episodes aren’t the Titans! (I mean the enemy of our main characters lol) since it’s clearly that the existence of The Eldians and their powers threatened the entire world.

Erin Kruger gave his Titan to Grisha Yager. Grisha went into the walls and took the founding Titan from Freada. So Grisha has 2 Titans in him. Then he turned Erin into a Titan and Erin ate Grisha. So Erin has two titans in him.

This episode wasn’t confusing at all, actually it did a great job with all the overwhelming information, those who remember almost everything from the pervious seasons, won’t have any problem understanding the answers, it did gave us everything we have asked so far, obviously there are more questions now, but judging by the mystery in S1 and 2, this episode was enough to answer the highlighted questions.
