If you didn’t know, Mitsuki says his real name is Mitsuki he means Mi(tsuki) as in moon instead of Mi(tsuki) as in vessel. Tsuki means both moon and vessel. Essentially his true name is ‘Full Moon’

Old video. But Orochimaru would still beat Mitsuki in a fight based on what we know, although Mitsuki has a lot of potential. But think about this, not only was he able to kill the third Hokage (and can use the Reanimation Jutsu to summon all of the Hokage before Tsunade), but he was also able to swap hands with 4 Tailed Naruto even when Orochimaru was practically laying on his death bed from a very lethal sickness. And just so you know, 4 Tailed kid Naruto (a much weaker version than the one that fought Orochimaru) severely injured Jaraiya, you could argue that Jaraiya wasn’t trying to hurt Naruto, but meh. We also know that Tsunade and Jaraiya are fodder compared to Orochimaru, since a Orochimaru that couldn’t use Jutsu’s and was also close to death from was still able to fight against Jaraiya and Tsunade, and was arguably beating Jaraiya, Kabuto wasn’t really doing much if I remember correctly (it’s been a while). Nonetheless, Orochimaru is without a doubt on the level of a Kage, don’t get it twisted and act like I’m saying he could solo Hokage Naruto cause that’s obviously not the case, but he could fight the 3rd Hokage and can summon the ones before Tsunade to fight for him. Mitsuki hasn’t shown anything like that, he may have Sage Mode but that doesn’t mean he can just solo a Kage, he’s probably high tier Jonin level.

That part about Mitsuki’s "real name" in the end wouldn’t have made much sense to you without knowing some things about Japanese.
Depending on how the characters are written, words can mean completely different things even if they’re pronounced the same way.
As Log has explained the name before, it was written as Mi (snake) tsuki (vessel).
However, the name Mitsuki defined for himself at the end – despite being pronounced the same way – is spelled Mi (beautiful) tsuki (moon).
So yeah, in Japanese characters, it’s actually a completely different name, even if it sounds exactly the same.

I agree with you the fast forward was a big gamble but not so much because of the timing even tho that plays a big part… it’s because they overplayed the character expectations and what I mean by that is in the first episode they make it seem as if miskui beats Naruto and sasuke now I say seem because we don’t know for sure but anyways to get on there level let alone have a chance of beating them or more so beating them in a 2 on 1 fight is gonna take alot of character development and training plus alot of life or death battle experience plus some new type of capabilities like they show mitski with sage mode and boruto with a new eye jutsu but will any of that be enough to beat sage mode chakra form Naruto and rinnigan,plus sharigan sasuke I mean boruto and mitski are shinobi geniuses but so was sasuke I just don’t see them reasonably getting that strong over the next 350 to 500 episodes with the approaches they are taking such as taking the time to develop all the characters and to fully develope the star characters with out having to go back and do alot of flashbacks in the midst of battle or war like in Naruto shippuden so it’s kinda a double edge sword if they keep the script with the first episode they either take a long time to develop or they unreasonably give them 2 or 3 episodes at a time where they get very strong very quick over night and have to go back in the story and do flash backs in naruto…. but in my (OPINION ) the answer and that would make the story so dope which they kinda hinted in the first episode with the line through the headband is for boruto to become a rogue ninja and I think they should do it immediately after the chunin exams when Naruto gets caught and the reason I say this is all the rogue ninjas get drastically strong over a short time for example look at sasuke and itachi oroachimoru and anybody that was in the askaski

At the start of 9:47 is opinion. They don’t hit all the points that made naruto good. They think having knock offs of all the older generation will actually make the show good even down to the fillers, but boruto just don’t got the atmosphere. Honestly you can hate these crappy ass episodes and still be a naruto fan ever Tho naruto had his bad shares of episodes as well. Let a lone a boruto fan? Who said or can say if we disagree with something we not a true fan Of naruto because we hate the dumb ass boruto episodes. That’s kinda like me saying I’m a db, dbz fan which I’m also am and someone come and say if you don’t like super and gt you didn’t like the other two.
