Such a fun season 2.5 episode. I feel like it was a bit too fast pace, I would have rather they just made it 3 episodes. But this upcoming arc is almost certainly going to 24 episodes even without the OVA content. So I get why they would do it. Overall, their goal was to introduce and get people to like Ryusui and I think they nailed it.
