to my calculations saitama is a solar system buster since lets say his serious punch is 1% of his power and is planetary ( highly high balling him) even a 100% punch would be star level while goku ssg punches are universal and some versions of super man are multiversal and hyperversal so a high balled saitama is a low multi solar system buster. while mui is med multiveral and ssj4 xeno goku is high 6D

I believe the worm is nothing special, at first i thought it was killer centipede or whatever his name was but than realised it didn’t have the faces.
The robot on the other hand is one of Metal Knight’s defence robots used by the hero association in that place that accommodates heroes (the manga hasn’t got to it but it was in the good old webcomic ONE used to make of OPM) this is before that "spar between Tornado and Saitama.

I am aware that I’m 2.75 (more or less) years late to say this, but no one seems to have gotten the robot reference: it’s that one robot that begged for parts before crumbling to pieces in the movie: Robots. The only difference is that he’s much cooler looking here.

You bring up an interesting question with saitama versus Superman there is very little question who who would win at first glance however as this battle has described in the past Superman is a Man Without Limits and and that could go for saitama as well it would really depend on how much force Superman could take for a large. Of time before he has a chance to build up his power however this kind of a moot point cuz we cannot really tell what saitama’s upper limits are so well we have a way to judge how much damage can deal to some extent we don’t know his maximum potential

Spoiler: Season 1 ends with Saitama fighting Boros. He’s the only character to ever give Saitama trouble due to his regeneration powers, and the resulting end fight is SPECTACULAR. After the end credits of the last episode, Saitama one-punches a giant pig monster, and he is absolutely infuriated that Boros’s appearance was an exception, not the norm, and all of the monsters Saitama will have to fight from now on are far weaker than Boros, a subversion of most Shonin tropes where the following monsters all get stronger after the first monster that causes the protagonist trouble appears and gets defeated.

Nice idea, however you slightly off in my opinion…… right direction thought! The reason his fist turns white, is due to the speed in which his fist is hitting or making contact with air molecules. The molecules get torn apart and explode (Nucular) with heat equivalent to the centre of our sun 100,000,000 degrees…. When temperatures reach these heights, the light emitted is white; however heat of only 10% of the original figure becomes white. The hottest stars in our universe shine white hot….. ie pulsars 10,000,000 degrees on the surface. Basically as One Punch Man punches the air, he’s essentially causing nucular explosions as his fist travels through the air…………. O_o

You forgot about the last seconds of the OP, where there is a leek protruding from the grocery bag. This may be a stretch, but in Japanese culture, someone holding a leek is considered strange or farfetched.

The robot is from the one orginal manga when satiama moves in to the new hero association headquarters. So basically he walks in with two monster form the aftermath battle of the monster association vs the hero association the monsters are black sperm and ranger rover. Then the security system built by metal knight which is a series of robots ranging from different levels depending on how strong the monster is. Detecs them and tries to kill them but satiama thinks they are just some weird dog and destroys all the robots protecting the monsters
