I remember seeing this from my friend two year ago when I was in 9th grade. I was really sad because I compared this song to my life and well I really liked a girl but I found out she was dating someone. It really hit me hard 🙁

If you think about it sao is like war it gave people no way out once they came because they came thinking they simply could leave whenever they wanted to just walk away but kayaba made it like a war against time you either die in the game and be killed by having your brain fried, you complete the game by facing him on floor 100, or you simply die due to starvation in the real world but at the end of the day when its all said and done no one could surpress the real terror they had knowing they could be murdered by a game the whole outcome was survivors of a war against time that now had to live every waking hour of their lives with ptsd of the thoughts of their actions and memories of that world of death but in the end for all that people can’t help but admire the idea and marvel at it and want it to be real I’m not saying I wouldn’t but just the thought of fighting against time its terrifying to watch and think how it’d be to right at deaths doorstep for years and realizing some day deaths gonna open the door and take you

I still love this amv so much. The editing is so on point, the images match the lyrics so well. An especially well done moment was when Kirito was considering killing the bastard and you worked in all the scenes of the shit he’d done to Asuna. Just, well done. So well done.
