   Levi chooses Armin claiming that he wants Erwin to rest in peace. In a way this may be true, but ultimately I think Levi chose Armin because he realized that all Erwin ever wanted was the truth. And once he got that truth from the basement, he probably wouldnt wanna fight anymore. While Armin on the other hand, wants to see the sea, which is going to require alot to get to. In the Armin had a longer term goal to keep him going against Erwin who had his life long goal in his reach. That’s why Levi kept having those Kenny flashbacks about how everyone needs a goal to get through life.

    Armin was definitely the right choice man. Erwin himself knew it even at the end. The previous two episodes established that Erwin saw himself as a monster for leading so many to death just to prove his father was right, and that he wanted to be released from that burden. He wanted to die in the final charge along with all the newbies that he sacrificed for the cause. Levi chose correct.

    In my opinion they should’ve saved Erwin bc even tho admin found out that Annie was the female titan, and where Reiner was hiding. Erwin was able to have a plan to capture Annie, he also lost an arm and almost died to save eren.

    I said Armin on an earlier comment but now I choose Erwin. Just imagine a colossal titan Erwin with Levi by his side. Eren would definitely threat lightly unlike he beats the crap out of Armin. Levi would wreck eren if Erwin chooses so.

    I cried so much on this episode cause i actully thought he was gunna use the injection for erwin i was getting mad to because armin has saved the 104 cudet core so many times even when he was a scout hes saved there butts a lot more than erwin because erwin sent like ALL OF THE SCOUTS TROUPS INTO A BATTLE THAT DIDNT EVEN GO TO PLAN im mean im not disagreeing on neither because erwin dose have the fighting skill that armin dosnt have but for me thats the only thing (p.s THIS IS MY OPINION plz dont hate)

    Armin was better why? 1 who came up with the plan to check the walls for reiner ARMIN you had that 1 guy die because reiner stabbed him but it was either a pointless one person or eren levi mikasa and the list goes on 2 Armin was willing to sacrifice himself by being burnt by titan lava flames for humanity to be pushed in the right direction he gave up his dream to see the sea and die for the scout regiment 3 Erwin led his soldiers to die In the training episodes everyone said eren had a death wish so did erwin but instead of one dying hundreds died on erwins hands

    I am very indecisive about who to save though, from a strategical standpoint Erwin would be the right choice, from the story standpoint it would be Armin because it wouldn’t seem right to end his character arc like that. However, I can’t help but have a deep routed hatred for Flock because he doesn’t know either of them personally enough to make a decision. To be fair, Eren doesn’t know Erwin and Levi doesn’t know Armin but between those two, Mikasa and Hanji, they could have made a perfectly reasonable and acceptable decision, despite trying to rip each other’s throats out, without his interference. I honestly wish Mikasa threw him off the roof. No spoilers but, I hate him even more after reading the manga. He should be the one to get roasted alive or squashed in my opinion.

    I think they both deserved to live because Erwin was on one side of the wall and came up with a great plan and Armin was on the other side and came up with a great plan also that lead them to victory. It’s horrible they had to choose but Armin deserved it, he’s young and obviously extremely intelligent with strategy.

    In response to the people who felt bad for Bertoldt especially since he was yelling for help to the others, the same thing happened with Marco but he just stood there and watched so I don’t feel bad for him. He had to make sure his secret didn’t get out and now they have to make sure the Colossal Titan doesn’t escape.

    The truth is, though I love Erwin, he had to be the one to die, he was too good. If he had been the Titan and continued to lead it would’ve been too perfect and the mess that is going on right now in the manga wouldn’t have happened, he needed to die for the current mess to make sense as his leadership wouldn’t have got them to this point, hell the manga would be done and dusted by now if it had been Titan Erwin and beast mode Levi leading the charge.
