The subs need more work. And I haven’t watched the anime but I read the Manga and at the end there were followers who after a year of lira (yagami) death payed him respect and wanted him back (they didn’t knew he was dead) on a big cliff if that was in the anime you should have included it at the end it would have been much better. (if possible just redo the ending.) Everything else is amazing.

I have seen Death note more than three times now, and still 3:28 always get me. Well done mate.
Small tip, try to add a shadow to your subs, sometimes it hard to read with a white background.

Your first asmv, I’m impressed 😀 the scene selection and editing was really cool, and the quotes that you used were great. The only thing I would recommend if the subtitles had a thin black outline so that it would be easier to read. I subbed , definitely looking forward to your next amv 😀
