I would assume your powers come back or else wouldn’t the League of villians be saying be saying they lost two members, rather than just Magne and compress’ arm?
Mr.Compress got shot and lost his powers, I feel like if he couldnt use them at all Shigaraki would be freaking out about it, so it’s probably only a temporary power loss.

Lowkey i feel as if the blood they used isn’t only the gir but maybe deku cause they did acquire his blood a few chaps ago. Or atleast deku’s blood might turn out to be something that could make the weapon even more dangerous

Great chapter, love villain focused ones… Shigaraki was pretty brave going in there alone I thought he would of taken someone, but then again good be Twice’s doing. Man they only just had their first proper talk and Overhaul already irritated at him putting his feet on the table, boy this is gonna be a hell of an alliance xD

I think sun eaters quirk works on a digestive basis. Anything that can be digested and elements distributed into his body will be something he will be able to use his power with. He may be able to turn his body into water but I`m not sure how he would go about controlling his body that way as he is not creating and manipulation water, but rather only changing the consistency of his boy and controlling that, so any water lost would mean part of his body gone(at least in my reasoning).Not sure about ice either as it would melt in the digestion and just be water, unless the process is completely different in his body.

amajiki’s quirk is called reappearence and he mentions the fact that tries to eat clams every day cause they make for a good weapon. with that in mind, is it really worth it to eat someone just to use his quirk (if that’s even the case) for like a day or two depending on how reappearence works? (human digestion takes 24 to 48 hours in total, and we dont know if amajiki can use his quirk for only foods that are in his stomach or intestins or whatever)

I have a theory.
Eri (the "daughter" of Overhaul) has bandages around her arm. Maybe they suck her blood out which cancels out quirks. And they sell it on the blackmarket
