Think about it, is All Might Reckless? Compare him to Bakugo in the sense that they both face the enemy head on no matter what, Bakugo is not reckless, technically :p

Bakugo is no more reckless than Deku is. Deku is arguably more reckless than Bakugo 😉

There is a difference between reckless and being rightfully confident, and Bakugo is solidly in the latter. Along with also having an incredible head for tactics and how to utilize his quirk.
I think it would be correct to call him a “fighting genius”, or at least a prodigy, with “genius” easily in his future.

Bakugou isn’t reckless especially when it comes to combat he is also top of the class. The show has said this a lot of times.
