Where's The Urgency | One Punch Man Season 2 Episode 6
One Punch Man Season 2 Episode 6 may have a lot going on and the story is as good as ever… but where’s the sense of urgency? While watching this episode I felt nothing that gave me tension like Season 1 did. Even if we overlook animation/ art it doesn’t change the fact the tension is lacking in this series. Ready for One Punch Man Season 2 Episode 7 Review?

It’s really hard for this anime to manage the story from the manga. There’s just so much going on I don’t think they even can close the whole story in 12 episodes.

Honestly, I gave up after the extremely disappointing adaptation of Garou vs Metal Bat, that was my favorite fight in the manga and I was hoping for some top notch animation for the fight, but fuck was it disappointing. At least I still have the manga

I think this episode was trying to overwhelm you with lots of things, but it’s hard to be overwhelmed when you see the budget being held back with stand still animations

The point of this episode totally went over this guy’s head. Why would they drag out each fight? The point of the episode is that there’s monsters all over the place, popping up left and right. Dragging out fights is for the MAIN villains. Genos was struggling just enough. I mean he lost a fuckin arm. I get the feeling this person just WANTS to find reasons not to like each episode.

I don’t understand the lack of urgency you’re talking about if the story is the same as ever wouldn’t the urgency present in the manga be the same in the anime, it seems you’re just jumping the bandwagon for the sake of critism.

How in the absolute hell do you guys not liking OPM season two? Be grateful we even got season two. I disliked the last episode’s review. If one more video comes in and badmouths this anime again, I am just going to ignore the reviews of OPM until the season ends.

I think it went way to fast between scenes, and only showed the most boring parts of each…
But the post credits scene seriously scared me when I saw genos, metal knight, and metal bat..

I for one do not feel any of guys sentiments about this episode. It was lit af quite honestly. Going into every characters ambitions, like Lightning Max, Hellish Blizzard, etc. Idk how you can feel this way about this episode instead of electrifying anticipation. We’re seeing a big plan being set in motion (which leads me to believe this season is gonna be more than 12 episodes), monsters taking down S classes with ease, and “main forces still on standby”. We’re gonna see Amai Mask do stuff, Watchdog Man do stuff. I honestly don’t see where the dissatisfaction comes in with this episode. I also can’t stand you “the manga is waaay better” nerds ?.

I think its because the panic sets in later. People are use to monsters popping up all over. The panic should be amped up in the next episode. If you had read the manga. You would know they’re moving very fast though the story.
