Reasons why Saitama is most likely stronger than Goku. To start off the "Universal" feats of Goku have only been stated to be universal by characters who aren’t even close to universal and their is no actual proof he was shaking the entire universe with punches alone. Next reason is becasue Goku doesn’t shatter mountains with single effortless punches, he can destroy mountains by punching them a lot but never in a single punch just to demonstrate power and if we are going off of BOG then Goku had to power up in order to get rocks off of him so that he didn’t get crushed here’s the source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dV3xB-bxD1k. So a base Goku isn’t strong enough to do that, while Saitama was beaten into the concrete before and just got out like it wasnt a problem here’s the source for that too: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fgGNQr7fCks at the 0:52 mark. On top of that he obliterated mountains just to give Genos a small glimpse into what he can do and before anyone brings up the argument that Saitama was struggling against Boros, it was stated that Saitama was holding back a LOT in order to have a fair fight with Boros and Boros even mentions to Saitama right before he dies that "He still had strength to spare" meaning that he wasn’t trying and Boros quite literally says that it wasn’t even a battle and that Saitama was too strong (which if you watched the fight he’s right Saitama put no effort into that fight making moves up on the spot to make him seem like a true warrior and still fucking Boros up) and here’s my source for that https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X0_jdAVw55c at the 16:37 mark. Saitama also has literally shown no signs of being at full strength and no signs of even having a "full strength" with also no signs of showing any sort of fatigue and damage, while Goku has been plenty of times, has fatigued, has taken damage, and has even died, Saitama has not had any of that happen to him. You can go on and on about feats and my argument would still prove valid. Also to add on to this Goku trained his whole life to get to where he is and Saitama trained a few years to be able to one shot everyone with ease so who’s to say he can’t do his training x10 now that hes at the strength he is and get even stronger? Also another thing to mention is that in the manga there is a cube that grants powers based on the greatest desire of the person and if thats the case its very likely Saitama literally cannot lose due to the time he wished to be able to destroy villains in "One Punch" so if that turns out to be true, Saitama is unbeatable.

Saitama held back against Boros
After hearing his story he sympathised with him and realised boros was the same as him
He felt empty doing something he use to love however once they began he knew he was too powerful for boros and so before he finished boros off and killed him he decided to grant him his last wish and give him a battle that would reignite his love for fighting once again
Saitama might be powerful and bored however he’s still human and how he treated Boros shows saitama is a not just a hero to people but also a hero to those he know could’ve been good people in different circumstances
That’s what makes him a true hero

I think the coolest punches are :
1. The Death punch that he stopped in front of Jenos.
2. The serious punch against boros.
3. The serious punch against Elder Centipede.
4. The punch that he stopped in front of Suiryu.
But the best fight scene is the fight against the subterraneans in the dream of course.

When Genos and Saitama were sparring, there’s actually a detail most people miss. Not only did the wind force blow a hole through the cliff behind Genos, but it also blew a hole through a second one behind it, and possibly even a third, however it’s hard to tell.
