Kaiser confirmed he IS working on a "part 4", which is the Trunks bit where he returns to fight the androids. As per his request though, he is writing that episode alone. However, he did not specify when it’s released, but it WILL be released, and can be considered a "final part" of the conclusion

Kaiser did amazing with writing Goku’s character development, pretty much made every Goku Abridged hater eat his own foot, Gohan grew closer to Goku and more distanced to Piccolo.
