This analysis is absolutely spot on, and was exactly what I thought about after I read this chapter. It showed moments of character development for Eren and really hit home about the fact that he’s seen almost all of this unfold. When he says "Right on time" as his friends walk up. It puts into perspective how sad and lonely it is for him to solely know that all of the efforts everyone is putting into finding a peaceful solution will inevitably fail. But he tries anyways, and like you said the congregation where the residents of Paradis were condemned, is where Eren makes his decision, and resolves himself to the genocide he knows he will commit.

Assuming all the walls are falling and not just Wall Maria, the titans are going to be trampling outwards from Paradis and they quite literally have to trample over all of Paradis except for the tiny plot of land within Wall Sina. Maybe Eren thought of that though and left those titans within Wall Sina and Rose dormant.

King fritz made a selfish choice by putting the sin of his ancestor on the whole eldian race. His choice proved more wrong after the attack by reiner squad and do nothing about it. Same as zeke they just gave up hope and think that is better for eldian to disappear for the better world. A cowardly thinking. That’s why it is justify what’s eren doing rn as he reject that notion. Living as a commoner with no special trait he and the rest(mikasa, armin) know the cruelty of the wolrd which is the stronger preveil, it’s eat or be eaten world they live in. Imagine your whole world was building in lies and one day you lost everything you hold dear then you learn the truth of the reason behind everything and the only option given to you was to just die(?) After fighting, losing comrade right and left, just to know that you’ve been manipulate and playing by a certain group of cowardly selfish people? Heck no!

I think you misunderstood who eren and reiner is, eren never really wants to be important to somebody or to please someone.

If you think eren is following his destiny, then you see eren as a slave who has no free will, or to say, his own thoughts, that’s pretty insulting lol

The progenitor Titan it’s a dual existence and as such, I think its humanity cannot be accessed freely. The connection has been accessed before, the trigger of such was that moment Mikasa disregard their possible final moments with Eren in which she thank him for him being that person who comforted her during that terrible experience in her past. It has been mentioned before "Christa" is that kind of ladylike who will comfort others regardless of who they are; so we’d still come up with a surprise reveal of the actual Key that could liberate Eldians from their curse history.

  34. The Legacy of Gaming

    I’ve got it:
So you know how the history shows the Eldians subjugating everyone else, well this is how it happens. There are some people who survive the Rumbling, and the Eldians are stronger than them because the Rumbling sends everyone back to the stone age where titans cannot be stopped. The deal Ymir made with the devil was actually made with Eren because she wanted to be free, but after the Rumbling she realizes she must atone for her sins and thus becomes subservient. Her falling within that tree was not what gave her the powers, instead she always had the powers of shifting as Eren is the one who gave it to her. Also, Eren waking up at the beginning of the series crying, after seeing older Mikasa in his dreams is because he knows he has no choice but to do it again, and that he will never truly be free because of this endless cycle that must take place, similar to Ragnarok. He is the giant that must end the world so that it can start anew. The reason he doesn’t remember this after waking up under the (possibly world tree) is because he willingly asks for his memory to be wiped during his resurrection so that he doesn’t have to live his entire life in despair, however, because he is basically Surtr, he is destined to continue doing the same thing over and over again, and is also the reason why he keeps hoping for something to change in the timeline so that he can finally be free from this curse. (Theory by Legacy of Gaming)

It’s beautifully ironic how the series starts with Eldia believing that they are the last people on earth and that the rest of the world tied to the titans , now eren is about to bring that to reality . Oh man this series might be top 3 all time .

I think, Zeke is still alive and he will be one to explain it to everyone about Eren’s abilities and how everything was already set in stone from the start and everything they do is all what Eren knew already about. I also think, attack Titan powers is not to see the future but rather sending down their memories to the past. Grisha said that they can see some part of their future successors memories.

First of all, how was Eren able to foresee the rumbling. Did it take years to destroy the world and someone else inherited his attack Titan powers. Even if he failed and was killed or locked down or whatever, how can he foresee the rumbling. I mean, if he fails, than the founding Titans powers would not be in his control and there would be no rumbling. No one else share his goal right. So his future successors would have no memories of the rumbling.

I think, he saw it through his father’s memories, which he himself had transferred to his father. He also transferred some of his memories to Kruger as Kruger knew about Armin and Mikasa. So he basically unlocked his own future self memories by kissing Historia’s hand which he inherited from his father instead. That’s how he foresaw the rumbling. Eren is the only who knows about how to use the attack Titans powers and every other user thinks the opposite. That’s how he manipulated Grisha into killing the royal family, delusioning him into thinking that he can foresee the future, also Kruger, his own past self and basically everyone to reach this goal.

So no matter what the world does, what the Eldians do, what his friends, companinons do no one can stop his plan, whether it be destroying the world or something else. If he failed, he knew he would fail, if he succeeds, he knew he would succeed.

This is the first level-headed analysis of the past couple chapters I’ve seen yet. I’ve been reading and hearing nothing but boring, cliche and derivative theories and potential endings from people, like, do y’all know what you’ve been keeping up with the past several years? This is Isayama and Attack on Titan, this isn’t going to be some silly feel-good predictable ending. I think EVERYONE is going to be blown away by whatever we’re presented with next.
