But I have a compromise. What if like how square characters cameod in levels in the Disney worlds, why not the reverse for the square worlds?

The ONLY thing I wish for this mod is for it to use the Yozora cutscene music instead of the battle music. Only because it’s the only track nowhere near recognized in anything else, and the battle music is easily accessible in the game alone.

I just started replaying the first kingdom hearts game and now I’m thinking that the very first words that Sora says could be a reference to Quadratum especially because Yozora said this line in the remind trailer and I believe in the game too

I’m hoping that Quadratum is just an amalgamation of multiple worlds set in one giant sprawling city and instead of worlds being based on Disney properties, you’ll get districts based on Square properties. So you head over to the city’s center and theres a Shinra building, and of course theres 104 from TWEWY. I think I like that concept more than the separate worlds that KH has always done. My favorite parts have always been going to an original world and finding existing characters there and seeing their dynamic work with characters from other properties like Merlin hanging out with Cid and Yuffie etc

Pretty sure Shibuya isn’t Quadratum since Yozora woke up in Quadratum in the car. Nonetheless, this is a pretty amazing mod. This makes it easier to see all the textures of this map that was only the background of a single boss fight

It makes the most sense that Quadratum is the city and that it is merely one world that we will explore in the greater realm of “Unreality”. It’d be a greatly missed opportunity, from both a story and a gameplay standpoint, for the concept of fiction to be limited to just one world or tone. Unreality has quite literally unlimited potential, so I think we can safely classify Quadtratum as a single world, even before knowing Nomura’s full plans.

If you’ve not yet played Neo:The World Ends With You. I’d highly recommend it. Combat works well and the story is great. Gives you a look into Shibuya(Shinjuku) and a change to the ‘old legendary player’

i would not be surprised if quadratum serves a similar role to twilight town for kingdom hearts 2. we start there with sora and then come back there later in the game as riku or something
