Yes the "Bitch I drink people" was a reference to "Bitch I eat people". It is due to the fact that Takahata101 voices Alucard, and ALL OF Cell’s transformations.

Tien Shinhan is amazing. I love the reactions you two have. Especially as a couple. You both have a great Chemistry. This episode made me fall back in love with both Tien and 16. Especially Toriyama.
