I can’t decide which episode is my favourite of part 2 Hero or That Day. Both are 2 of the greatest episode’s of any peice of media, for totally different reasons. Hero was sooo satisfyingly epic and That Day gave me the feeling of reading Snapes memories in the Harry Potter books only dialed up to 11. It just broke my heart and blew my mind.

Lmao I’m an anime only and I could tell Kruger was the Owl . I can see how people could miss it but with all the times the cameras focused on him when he was just supposed to be a Marlyan solider, it was a huge flashing neon sign saying that he was important and not what he seemed ..to me at least.

Greatest anime of all time in my humble opinion. I can’t wait to see them adapt what’s coming up next in season 4!

Just bought the first two volumes of AOT manga. I was wondering if I should catch up to the manga or up till the end of Season 3 and finish reading after the anime is over?

Hey, i was wondering if anyone can give me advise on transitioning into the AOT manga?

I don’t know much about where to buy or access mangas and was wondering if anyone had some recommendations.

Also I looked at the AOT wiki page and it looks like the end of season 3 corresponds with chapter 22. So would 23 be a good place to start the manga?

I’m a novice here so any and all recommendations are appreciated!

Is the anime making up its own ending like FMA? I heard the manga is still going and next season will be the last.

I still don’t see what was so bad about the CGI Bert. It could’ve been a LOT worse. And some shots are breathtaking. But, I guess I will forever be alone in that.

The only things I didn’t like was the animation quality dips throughout part 2 and there were some acting that could’ve been better but other than that this season is probably my favorite! This season really blew me away as always with AoT! You should definitely check out the dub it’s so amazing! Personally I think the dub is better overall with making small but very impactful improvements like Reiner transforming, he only did a small grunt in sub but the dub made him do a scream which was much more impactful and fit the scene more because it actually looked like he screamed, but of course there’s gonna be a bunch of sub elitists who will say it’s trash no matter what just because it’s not their precious Japanese

Hey Andrew I have a theory I’d like for you too see
    Chapter 119 Spoilers Below

So in the chapter Zeke orders a titanized Faldo to kill Reiner, we know that Zeke can control all titans made from his spinal fluid, what if this control is still present if they eat one of the 9. When Zeke told Falco to kill Reiner he must have suspected that Reiner would be eaten and he wouldn’t want the armored Titan to stay in Marley’s control. This would be another reason to have Reiner eaten, so the armored Titan would be under Zeke’s control.

season 2 is by far the best animated season
season 3 part 1 had issues with the animation
but part 2 they changed the animation style and was better than part 1 but not as good as season 2

    Slight spoiler or something idk

his speech at the awards ceremony, especially since he didn’t know Armin that well and isn’t special or anything.

The only issue I had with season 3 part 2 of aot was how grisha’s story was handled. It was a bit of an info bomb, and I paused a couple times to get everything straight

I loved the story being explained in season 3. All the questions finally being answered. (Visually)

But season 1 with its shock factor and beautiful horrid imagery can never be topped in terms of gripping my attention. Being the main reason we all fell in love with this anime.

But it goes without saying that the tone and stakes never miss a beat and the fear in every ones handrawn eyes looks jus as convincing as the first episode.

Fkn cannot wait for season 4.

Bertoldt had to be CGI. Hand drawing something that large while it moves would be a nightmare

The ocean scene was done so perfectly imo. It had a much different feel than I had imagined when I read it in the manga. Yuki Kaji’s delivery of those lines “hey, if we kill all our enemies over there, will we finally be free?” was a lot more emotional and tragic than I thought they would be read with.

Attack on titan has no fillers because insted of doing fillers they take time and effort on the anime unlike others

AOT is something special and Isayama is brilliant! How can you blend themes like genocide, complex politics, war, population control, propaganda, detective mystery, family values and religion into an animated show with giant monsters…and it’s still one of the best pieces of entertainment ever written.

Pandora’s jar was really opened this season. From the inside.
Many questions we had at the very beginning were answered so well this season.

Still if I had to choose, Midnight Sun was the highlight! Nice review.

The only thing I didn’t like about season 3 (not only the only thing I didn’t like, it’s my only criticism of the entire show) is the information dump episode when we first learn about the origins. Too much exposition all at once but that’s my only critique
