Naruto is a Uzumaki, a descendant of Ashura and he is his reincarnation, he also inherited the chakra of Hagoromo, Naruto also has Hashirama arm which gives him Senju DNA and Kurama which is a part of the Ten Tails chakra, Hinata is a descendant of Hamura and inherited his chakra, so Boruto is an Otsutsuki.

Naruto has Uzumaki blood (which is a distant relative of Senju), Hinata has Hyuga blood (Plus she is a direct descendant of Hamura), Naruto has Hashirama’s arm (DNA of Senju), and Naruto has Ashura, and Hagoromo’s Otsutsuki chakra. Lastly, Naruto has chakra from every tailed beast. It’s no wonder why Boruto is strong.

Sasuke cannot get his arm replaced, it would take Hiroshima’s Cells to regenerate him another arm, he refused it cause it would make his power consume him and make him more demonic then he’s ever been! Lady Tsunade Wanted to regenerate his arm But Sasuke refused based on what I already said. lol!

Gaara is a great character but man … he’s just level Kage, he was already overtaken by Obito Rikudo, it’s a fight with pure Otsutsuki and Naruto and Sasuke who’s gods Level, the scenario has already made the Kage very useful in the fight against Kinshiki while they was far from his level … even if Gaara had the beast tails he would be destroyed like Killer Bee.

Boruto inherited otsutsuki power bcuz naruto is an ashura reincarnate and he has hagoromos chakra, and his mother hinata is the “byakugan princes”, a direct descendant of hamura who inherited his chakra, boruto is 75% otsutsuki and is a direct living descendant of kaguya herself, toneri did something to awaken those dormant genes within boruto resulting in him unlocking the jougan after nue’s negative chakra showed up

Not saying your wrong because i could be wrong, but just remember momoshiki (the guy who naruto beat on the moon in the move: "The Last") claims he gave boruto the power of the otsutsuki clan, he doesnt say it directly, but he mentions he has been given power and he will be the savior etc, right after that vision, boruto discovers he has some sort of kekkei genkai.
