No, that’s not how inflation works, all the money is being deposited from another country in dollars, this is the opposite of inflation, this can boost the country’s economy in a very short amount of time. Inflation happens when your country prints more money while the production quantity is the same, so people have more banknotes but it’s worthless. But now Japanese people have dollars, they can buy whatever they want from outside the country as long as America’s economy is good.

I also think there’d be inflation man, I would’ve liked it being mentioned at the end, Japan as a country also got benefits from the death note and maybe inflation and a crisis would be its “unfortunate end”. Another thing I want to mention, I don’t think he did it to boom Japanese economy, he did it to get money and that was the only way he found to get it without being caught. Great video man as always.
