You’ll have to forgive me if I’m not excited about this coming arc. Not about the trio cause they are gonna have a blast… But I’m one of those few people who absolutely LOATH Endeavor with a passion and wouldn’t shed a tear at his passing. I hope they learn some stuff but the sooner they leave Endeavor, the better for me.

I’m really going to be interested in seeing what Bakugo gets out of this coming arc. Like, his internship with Best Jeanist trying to make him more respectable was played for laughs, and seemed like a waste of time, but the way that Bakugo is thinking back to that time in the wake of Jeanist’s disappearance implies that it’s going to mean more than even he thought it did at the time. And with Endeavor now carrying both the weight of his position as No. 1 and his past actions, I really want to see what sort of perspective he can share with Bakugo.
Of course, as the main character, Midoriya is bound to learn some things to help him grow as well. After idolizing All Might for so long, seeing someone else’s approach to being the No. 1 hero should broaden his view on what that means, and help him further define what it should mean to HIM as his own person, not just as All Might’s successor. It might even help him awaken more of the vestiges in the process.
And with Todoroki, aside from his impending power-up, I bet that in his own stoic way, he’s just going to be happy to be interning alongside his good friends (and I wouldn’t be surprised at all if he really thinks of Bakugo as a good friend simply because of their time in the remedial course).

I have never believed that there could be a traitor in UA, I only ever felt that part of the story to just be a realistic thing to be concerned about for the characters. But we need to remember this is a world were almost every person on the planet has some weird unrealistic power and the bad guy is a character that can steal all these powers so there is no reason not to assume the bad guy (who has no eyes) stole a quirk that lets him "see" things in locations that he isn’t at or anything similar.

I can see how Endeavor is the best hero for them even though I hate Endeavor’s guts. From a pure power perspective these guys are strong for mere Freshmen. Unless Horikoshi plans on revealing some more top students at UA then outside of the big three (big 2 now I guess) It’s these guys.
But Endeavor has something to offer them. Teaching Shoto how to further harness his fire abilities.
Showing Deku how to be a hero who gets results and maybe not be a complete dweeb.
Showing Bakugo what happens when the only thing you do is strive for results but not how to be a good person who also seeks the adoration of others and the humility of being a hero

Also I like Bakugo the most for two reasons. He earned mad respect for tryna go out swinging when he got caught by the villains and he’s just some kid with a good quirk unlike Deku who was given the same quirk as the best hero ever and todoroki who was genetically engineered to surpass the number one hero. Let’s go bakugo ??
