This AMV was meant to include footage from the entire S2, but while I was watching the Todoroki/Midoriya/Iida fight, I changed my mind!! ^^’ Instead I decided to dedicate this AMV exclusively to that fight…because I LOVE it so much!
This video contains SPOILERS!!
The anime is ‘Boku no Hero Academia’ and the song is ‘Immortals’ by Fall Out Boy! I love this anime so much, and I would urge you to check it out if you haven’t done so already! This song is AMAZING too…..and I was reminded of how great it was while I was watching the film ‘Big Hero 6’ the other day…..for the millionth time! 😛 I would also recommend you to watch that film too!! 😀

… this is amazing.. if you watch the series then you can see how the creator purposefully put certain frames from the show to line up with the words that are playing in the song!!

like in the very beginning it showed the time when deku was at the doctor and found out he was quirkless and everyone believes that if you don’t get a quirk at childhood then you don’t have a quirk ever but you hear "they say we are what we are…" if you’re quirkless then you’re quirkless and you can’t change that.. but then it shows him with the quirk all might gave him at the part "but we don’t have to be.." and the next one, it says "I’m badly hated but I do it in the best way" it shows bakugo. bakugo is an asshole but the fandom is obsessed with him and we love him. he’s not good but he’s the best asshole in the show lmao, at the part about it singing "I’m the eternal flame" it shows endeavor and todoroki using his flames, when they sing "the only payoff in having any faith is when its tested again and again" it cuts to Iidas pained face. he needs to have faith that his brother will be ok after facing the villan that he’s currently fighting. after seeing that they are losing the fight, he has to stay faithful that everything will be ok despite the odds.. he’s being tested in a way, "I try to picture me without you but I cant" deku can’t see himself without his friends so he protects them with all he’s got when they’re in danger, I’m sorry if I’m not explaining this well enough.. if you find any more connections please tell me!!
