Ever since Bakugo figured out Deku had All Might’s quirk he seems have gotten a lot more respectful to everyone. I’m guessing that learning why All Might chose Deku, a quirkless "loser," caused Bakugo to question his own actions and become more open minded to taking advice and work with his peers,.
I’m calling it: Cammie is the mole and she’s being mind controlled by Shinso, who joined the League of Villains after failing the Hero Entrance Exam. I’m not sure if Shigaraki knows the ultimate mole is Shinso- I’m guessing Shinso just relayed information to All For One and AFO sent the info to Shigaraki, but I’m guessing at one point Cammie and Shinso’s paths crossed and Shinso figured Cammie doing all the legwork would be more convenient than doing it himself. She’s much more athletic than Shinso and her illusions are insanely powerful if you aren’t expecting it. I doubt Cammie herself knows she’s being controlled, since she mentioned losing track of time, the same thing Ojiro said at the tournament after Shinso mind-controlled him into joining his cavalry. (Shinso definitely improved, I’ll say, given that Ojiro’s mind control lasted only a few minutes and Cammie was out for DAYS.)

bakugo s character development is perfect but i am still waiting for him to see deku as a friend then i will call him kacchan i hope one day he apologise and thanks to deku and i hope deku punched him so hard i really wanted that and in future bakugo tell children "never underestimate people" like what he did to deku and smile when he think the deku<3333 (i read the manga but still not enough for me)
